Petitioner is in custody for about eleven months. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. 106 kgs. of ganja was recovered from two vehicles. Petitioner was in one of the vehicles wherefrom 55 kgs. of ganja was recovered. In view of the aforesaid facts and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
