Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.
We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners and others threw bombs at police personnel who were injured. A large cache of arms were recovered from the petitioners and co-accused. Investigation is in progress.
Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
