The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents no. 4 and 5 being the Commissioner and the Secretary, Co-operative Election Commission, Kolkata to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest, but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

WPA No.12088 of 2023 stands, thus, disposed of. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
