Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondent no. 6, who is the brother of the petitioner, is forcefully changing the nature and character of the immovable property concerned. The petitioner is the absolute owner of such property.

State is represented.

The disputes apparently between the private parties are civil in nature.

On a query from court as to who is in possession of the immovable property, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession as the absolute owner thereof.

In the event, the petitioner is in possession as the absolute owner of the property, the question of the private respondent who is the brother of the petitioner changing the nature of the property does not arise.

In such circumstances, interference of a writ court is not called for.

WPA 12632 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
