Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the Food Carts and Stalls which were encroaching the petitioners' property have been removed. Learned advocate submits that the police authorities have complied with the earlier directions passed by this Court. Presently there is no grievance of the petitioners. In view of the changed circumstances, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11854 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
