Learned counsel for the opposite party/Kotak Mahindra Bank submits that the Bank has issued a no dues certificate in favour of the petitioners upon receiving the amount of one time settlement decided upon between the parties. The Bank has no further grievance against the petitioners since the amount has been paid. In view of the above, allowing the proceeding to continue further shall only be a futile exercise.

The revisional application is allowed.

G.R. case no. 1925/2014 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta presently redesignated as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta be quashed.

The second petitioner be released at once and discharged from her bail bonds.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
