Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the State and having considered the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner and the statement of the son of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 5285 of 2021 is dismissed. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.) (Debangsu Basak, J.)
