C.R.R. 1175 of 2013 Sri Bijoy Kumar Saha versus The State of West Bengal In Re: An Application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The present revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 16.10.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Nabadwip wherein the learned court directed for proceeding with the investigation of the case. Having regard to the same and the period which has expired since the passing of the order which is more than 10 years, I am of the opinion that by efflux of time, the subject matter of challenge has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1175 of 2013 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
