Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Offences are very grave. It involves rape and murder of a lady. Petitioner no.1 had taken away the lady. He is a foreign national. Extra judicial confession implicates petitioners in the offence. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
