Petitioner is in custody for 181 days. It is contended that he stands on the same footing as Misad Sk. @ Kalu. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Mobile phone was recovered from Misad Sk. @ Kalo but petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and a bag containing cash of the deceased was recovered.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
