Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioners along with other accused persons in subjecting the housewife to physical assault which is supported by medical evidence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
