Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor shows she was subjected to penetrative sexual assault. Her objectionable pictures were uploaded on social media. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. In view of incriminating materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Necessary witness protection shall be extended to the minor.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
