Petitioners are claiming mutual transfer based on applications made by them on portal. In reference to a document at page 41 of the writ petition it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that transfer application of the petitioners was forwarded to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education for taking final decision. Petitioners pray for consideration of such transfer application.

West Bengal Board of Primary Education, concerned District Primary School Council and State respondents are represented by learned advocates. Learned advocate representing the State respondents appears on virtual mode and submits that in addition to makeing application seeking

mutual transfer on designated portal applicant teachers are required to file prescribed proforma before the concerned District Inspector of Schools, Primary Education. In the present case filled in proforma has not yet been submitted before respondent nos. 9 and 10.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the parties petitioners shall be at leave to file filled in prescribed proforma before the respondent nos. 9 and 10 respectively by fortnight from date. If filled in proforma are filed by the petitioners within the aforesaid time concerned State respondents are directed to forward those proforma to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education within fortnight thereafter.

On receipt of filled in proforma Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 4 is directed to decide mutual transfer application of the petitioners by 6 (six) weeks thereafter. The decision to be taken by the respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioners by fortnight thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
