The petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter and prays for withdrawal of the same. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed before this Court the original instruction to that effect containing the signature of the petitioner which is kept with the record. The learned Advocate for the petitioner intimates this Court that this is a changed brief and he has already filed the Vakalatnama after getting no objection from the previous advocate in the department. However, as an abundant precaution, he has filed a photocopy of the Vakalatnama along with the said instruction for withdrawal of the matter. No leave has been prayed for filing the same afresh. Accordingly, this matter is dismissed as withdrawn. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
