Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition suffers from some technical defects, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. He files written instruction of his client to the said effect, let it be kept with the record.
WPA 12108 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.
This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
