1. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that second appeal has already been preferred. Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the judgment passed by the Trial Court, the petitioner has come up by way of this review petition before this Hon'ble High Court and inclines not to press the instant review application.

2. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the application being No. RVW 98 of 2023 in connection with CO 248 of 2023 stands dismissed being not pressed.
