1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application being aggrieved with the rejection of the appeal filed by the petitioner by the SIR Appellate Tribunal dated May 26, 2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the petitioner could not appear before the SIR Appellate Tribunal and accordingly, the Tribunal has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and he prays for a direction upon the SIR Appellate Tribunal for restoration of the appeal and to dispose of the appeal.
4. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeal being No.
APS2521G290326258425 dated March 29, 2026 and to dispose of the same on merit as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
