Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is a septuagenarian and has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim prima facie implicates the petitioner in the alleged offence.

In view of gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
