In an incident of assault, crude bombs were hurled. Injured suffered splinter injuries.

Petitioner claims that, from their side also person received splinter injuries.

Petitioner stands implicated by eye witnesses to be involved in the incident of the assault using crude bombs. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2063 of 2023 is dismissed.
