Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the revisional application by an order dated 16.06.2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur has discharged the accused persons dismissing the complaint and recalling the process. Having regard to the same, the learned advocate do not intend to press the present revisional application. Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the submissions so advanced, the present revisional application being CRR 1597 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
