Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the final arguments before the learned trial court is continuing but is at the verge of being closed.

Having regard to the issues which were addressed before the learned trial court, a limited scope is granted to the petitioners at the fag end of the trial that if the documents and/or evidences are relied upon or referred at the time of arguments it would be the discretion of the learned trial court to take judicial notice of the same before arriving at its final conclusion. To that effect the petitioners may be granted a day's time to argue on the issue.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1909 of 2024 is disposed of.
