It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that, the applicants are seeking relaxation of the condition of the
anticipatory bail requiring the applicants to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week. It is submitted that the police submitted charge sheet with the charges being framed.
Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that when the anticipatory bail was granted, charge sheet was submitted.
Considering the fact that the police concluded the investigations and submitted charge sheet and that charges stand framed, it would be appropriate to relax the condition of the anticipatory bail requiring the applicants to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week. All other conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail will remain the same.
