Petitioner has approached this Court as the representation dated 17.05.2025 was not considered by the Officer-in-Charge of Bhadreswar Police Station, Telinipara T.O.P.

(Police Outpost).

Petitioner is apprehensive regarding the false and frivolous cases being registered against her and to that effect filed a representation before the concerned Officer-in-Charge. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already two cases being Bhadreswar PS case no. 66/25 and Bhadreswar PS case no. 98/25 were registered for investigation. Both these cases were registered much prior to the writ petition having been preferred before this Court.

Having considered that the nature of the cases are such that which reflects bodily injury, I am of the view

that all the prayer so advanced by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, if the petitioner is faced with inconvenience, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional police station, jurisdictional police authorities would assess and ascertain regarding the veracity of the representation and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12264 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
