The petitioners complain that the police has not enforced the order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai in TS No.79 of 2020.

It appears that the said order has not yet been communicated to the Marishda Police Station. There is also no order from the Civil Court seeking police help to enforce the said order.

In view of the matter, the petitioner may approach the Civil Court for police help before invoking the jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no other as to costs.
