Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Though the petitioner initially sought quashing of charge sheet being No.592 of 2022 dated 28th November, 2022 pertaining to G.R. No.10936 of 2022, he does not press the said prayer and only seeks expeditious disposal of the case.

It appears that cognizance of charge sheet was taken by the learned Trial Court on 7th November, 2023 and the next date for consideration of charge has been fixed on 18th March, 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent to his credit and is looking for a job upon completion of his studies.

In view of the above, learned Trial Court is directed to take up the matter for consideration of charge within one month from the date of communication of this order in the presence of both the parties. The learned Trial Court is further directed to make all endeavours to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within one year from the date of consideration of charge, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 1910 of 2024 is disposed of.
