At the 5th line of the first page of the said order, instead of "Mahishpota", the name should actually be "Mohispota".

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that there was an inadvertent error committed by the petitioner in the cause title, the respondent no.3 would actually be "The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas". Now there is no scope for permitting any correction in the cause title.

However, it shall be deemed that the respondent no.3 was actually "The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.),

Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas".

The inadvertent typographical errors are hereby corrected and the judgment dated 04.07.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
