The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to show cause as to why the charge sheet dated 3rd December, 2008 as well as the order of dismissal dated 20.03.2009 and the rejection by the Appellate Authority dated 04.02.2010 shall not be set aside.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 9744 of 2010 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
