1. The petitioner seeks the benefit of the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed in W.P.A. No. 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin & Ors. - Vs. - The State of West Bengal & Ors.). The petitioner claimed to have participated in the selection process to the post of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, Malda in the year 2009.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed on 3rd May, 2024.

3. The petitioner is, therefore, not within the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 26th April, 2024.

4. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
