First, on that date, the State was represented as per appearance recorded. Therefore, paragraph No.3 at first page of the said order shall stand deleted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the name of the school was wrongly mentioned in the cause-title and was, consequently wrongly spelt in the second and third lines of paragraph 4 of the said order. The name of the school shall be "Mohishpota Girls' High School" instead of "Mohispota Girls' High School."

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the cause-title of the petition, there was

another mistake regarding the respondent No.3, which should actually be "District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas". Now, there is no scope for correcting the cause-title. However, it shall be deemed that the respondent No.3 actually is "District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas." The order dated 01.07.2025 is hereby corrected as above and shall always be read conjointly with this order. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
