1. Revisional petition is directed against an order dated April 23, 2025 passed in MA-264 of 2024 (OA 295 of 2024) of LRTT.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the Tribunal may be requested to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

3. The opposite parties are represented.

4. None of the appearing parties before us object to a request being made to the learned Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

5. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of MA-264 of 2024 (OA 295 of 2024) of LRTT as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 6(six) months from date.

6. Petitioners before us are at liberty to apply before the learned Tribunal for advancing the date of the hearing of the application since by the impugned order, learned Tribunal fixed the application for hearing on January 27, 2026.

7. In the event such application is made, learned Tribunal is requested to consider it in accordance with law in light of the observations made by us in this order.

8. COLRT 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
