It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the cause-title, the relevant district was mentioned as 'Purba Midnapore' in place of 'Paschim Midnapore'. Accordingly, the words "Purba Midnapore" as appearing in the third paragraph of the order dated August 19, 2021, be read as "Paschim Midnapore".

The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of. This order should be treated as part of the order dated August 19, 2021.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
