Ms. Shalini Mukherjee ... for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No. 89 of 1995 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to the revisional application this Court finds that by an order dated 5th September, 2007 the agreement was impounded and the same was sent to the collector for a report. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that till date the report from the collector has not reached before the learned trial judge. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 8th Court at Alipore is requested to take steps and ensure that

the collector's report reaches the court by the end of the month of July, 2025.

With the above observations, C.O. 1905 of 2025 stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
