Learned advocates representing the writ petitioner as well as the State respondents are present before this Court today.

After hearing Mr. Pahari, learned advocate representing the writ petitioner it appears the word "assistant" in the second line of second paragraph of the first page was wrongly transcribed and the same is expunged. It is also directed that in the third paragraph of the second page of the order dated 4th October, 2021 the word "dismissed" shall be read as "disposed of".

This order shall form the part of the order dated 4th October, 2021.
