Learned Advocates for the parties say that the parties have settled the matter out of court. The respondent has agreed to and has, in fact, received Rs. 29 lacs in full and final settlement of its claim against the appellant. Record notes of discussion held between the parties along with completion certificate and a copy of a banker's cheque for Rs. 29 lacs drawn in favour of the respondent is filed in court today. Let the same be kept with the records.

In view of the aforesaid, FMAT (ARBAWARD) 6 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. All parties and the learned Trial Court shall act on the server copy of the order.
