The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the direction passed by this Court in the order dated 29th March, 2019 has not been complied with by the respondents.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the contemnors intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 20th January, 2022.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the contemnors to comply the direction passed by this Court.
