The writ application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the certificate proceedings to execute the certificate dated 30th January, 2026 expeditiously.

It is submitted that the said execution proceedings is pending till date and as such the petitioner is being severely prejudiced.

On hearing the parties the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3 herein shall make all endeavour to dispose of the certificate proceedings expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of this order. 5.

The writ application stands disposed of.
