The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The defendant no.2 in a suit for partition is the petitioner of the instant revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The said suit being Title Suit No.744 of 2018 is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Baruipur, District: 24 Parganas (South). The petitioner is complaining delay in disposal of the said suit and is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of it. In view of the huge number of parties to the said suit, it is really difficult to conclude it expeditiously. However, the suit since is pending for a long time, the learned Trial Judge is requested to bring it to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if it is otherwise ready for such disposal and in doing so, shall not entertain the prayer of the parties for any unnecessary adjournment.

C.O. 1684 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
