1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is finally heard.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner advanced singular contention by stating that the original application is pending before the tribunal since 2021. On more than one occasion, the matter was finally heard and reserved for judgment but somehow, it was again released and is pending consideration before the tribunal.

4. The matter is relating to recruitment and therefore, the tribunal may be directed to decide it within stipulated time.

5. Other side has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by requesting the tribunal to expedite the hearing and endeavour to decide O.A. No. 698 of 2021(Kolkata) expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

7. With aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
