Leave granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause-title.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner was involved in the incident of assaulting the victims, snatching his mobile and some money from such victim. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 2071 of 2023 is dismissed.
