The alleged contemnor is present in Court today. It is submitted that the original nominee/mother is missing since 2008. The legal heirs of the deceased, is the petitioner no. 1 Priyanka Deb and her minor brother Bijay Deb.

Let all sums under the insurance policy in question be paid to the bank account of Smt. Tandra Ghosh, who is the legal guardian of Priyanka Deb and Bijay Deb by Monday (13.02.2023).

With the aforesaid observations, all the contempt applications shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
