1. Parties are represented.

2. Mr. Roy, learned advocate for the petitioner has raised strong objection to the prayer for accommodation by the alleged contemnor.

For the reason, there is no such order as to the operation of the judgment of this Court dated May 13, 2025.

3. Indeed without an order of stay being passed by the Hon'ble Appeal Court, there is no justified reason for this Court not to proceed with the contempt proceeding. However, in view of the prayer of the alleged contemnor that the regular Bench to which the appeal has been assigned, is not available for the time being, an accommodation is granted to the alleged contemnor.

4. This matter shall appear on 10.4.2026 for further consideration.
