Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023. Trial is in progress. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
