An application in the nature of joint compromise was filed on behalf of the de facto complainant and the accused persons which was affirmed by one Satyajit Kundu and Pradip Churiwal. Having regard to the terms on which the joint compromise has been effected and draft/cheque having been handed over and the parties do not intend to proceed with the

present criminal case, I am of the opinion on consideration of the merits of the case when the same is arising out of private and personal dispute and no public policy is involved in the same, further continuance of the proceedings being Bishnupur P.S. Case No.09 of dated 05.01.2023 under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code including the reports filed therein before the jurisdictional court being learned ACJM, Alipore is hereby quashed.

Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 1852 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed. Pending any other applications are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
