Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that involvement of the petitioner is not with regard to the alleged dacoity and can at best be under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court considering the material on record on 28th February, 2025. 7 more witnesses have been examined after the said rejection. Progress in trial is fairly good.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the prosecution proposes to examine 28 more witnesses and shall complete such examination within three months from the next date of evidence fixed before the learned trial Court.

Considering the material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in the light of the submission made on behalf of the State.

The application for bail is disposed of.
