Considering the fact that the petitioner complied with the conditions of anticipatory bail granted on November 23, 2021 and considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet, we relax the condition of the anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month or until further orders whichever is earlier. All other conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail on November 23, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
