The petitioner is directed to exhaust the remedy available before the ld. Dist.& Sessions Judge so far as the revisional application is concerned.

Accordingly, I direct the ld. Dist. & Sessions Judge, Paschim Burdwan to dispose of the revisonal application, pending before him, on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1853 of 2023 is disposed of.
