A prayer of adjournment is sought on behalf of learned advocate for the State.
However, in view of the innocuous nature of the relief sought by the writ petitioner, the matter need not be adjourned further.
The petitioner submits that, complaining about some vehicles plying in an unauthorized and illegal manner over certain routes, the respondent authorities have not taken any steps in such respect.
Even without going into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner, WPA 11416 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner on March 3, 2022 (Annexure-P1 at page-23 of the writ petition) upon giving hearing to the petitioner as well as
all interested parties, preferably within two months from the date of communication of this order to the respondent authorities.
The learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner shall communicate this order to his counterpart appearing for the State by tomorrow, that is, July 6, 2022 to ensure compliance of the same.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
