The petitioner is aggrieved that the Officer-inCharge, Talopatighat Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur has not responded to a request for permission dated May 2, 2023 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition.

This Court directs the Officer-in-Charge, Talopatighat Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur to communicate a response to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible after receipt of notice of this order.

The petitioner now wants to hold the festival on May 27, 2023.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
