In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Grievance with regard to any balance payment or claims may be taken up in appropriate civil proceedings.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
