Mr. Sima Adhikary ... for the petitioner Mr. Bipin Ghosh ... for the respondent no.5 Mr. Ashish Kumar Guha Mr. Naren Ghosh Dastidar ... for the Contemnors The Pradhan of the Bakhrahat Gram Panchayat has given instruction to the learned advocate on 17th May, 2022 where it has been clearly mentioned that the Panchayat does not have any objection if the petitioners construct pucca drain in their own plot of land with their own cost following the concerned Rules and Regulations.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is agreeable to the proposal made by the Pradhan and submits that the petitioners will make construction over their private land at their own costs in accordance with the relevant Rules.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

Contempt application stands disposed of.

Contempt Rule stands discharged.

The instruction given by the Pradhan, Bakrahat Gram Panchayat dated 17th May, 2022 be retained with the record.
